Our classic homemade Mauritian-style Samosas are filled with lightly spiced potatoes, offering a delightful burst of flavor in every bite.

NOTE: Samosas are delivered frozen and can be baked or deep-fried to perfection.

Ingredients: All-purpose flour, potatoes, ground coriander, cumin powder, onion, salt, oil, coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions:

Samosas Baking Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to around 375°F (190°C)

  2. Place the samosas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil, brush with oil

  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, turning them over halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Samosas Air Frying Method:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to around 375°F (190°C),  Lightly spray or brush the frozen samosas with oil

  2. Place the samosas in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded

  3. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking

 Samosas Deep Frying Method:

  Deep fry the samosas on medium heat.
